  • If you were to experience this situation, we are more than happy to come out to your home or business and have your lights placed back to where they were when originally installed - Free of charge. This service is included with our holiday lighting services.

  • Yes! Sometime after installation, we will reach out to you requesting a date that suits you best for removal. (Up to February 15th)

  • We will contact you with a date that we will be out to quote your project. This will likely be within 3 days of your initial contact unless you request otherwise.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or by phone/email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • We service all of the Chicago-land area, weather your in Rockford, or in the heart of Chicago. We’ve got you covered!

  • Polar XPress Lighting is based out of Algonquin Illinois.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs. Generally speaking, expect to spend at minimum $800.

  • Yes! As part of our all inclusive service, you don’t have to lift a finger. We take care of it all at Polar XPress Lighting!

  • Yes we do! It’s the same exact process as quoting and installing on your home! Just reach out to us and we will be out for a quote within 48h.
