Our Process

Professional Christmas & Holiday Light Installation in Algonquin and Chicagoland

Polar XPress Lighting provides full-service Christmas and holiday light installation for residential and commercial properties throughout Algonquin and the Chicagoland area. From custom designs and commercial-grade lighting to installation, maintenance, removal, and storage, we handle the entire process.

Maintenance

Though uncommon, we will repair/replace burned out bulbs, light strands & decorations up to Christmas Eve Day (December 24th) - AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. We will be out within 24 - 48 hours to address any issues - weather permitting.

Removal

We begin removing all of the Christmas & Holiday lighting and decorations the first week of January on a first come, first serve - scheduled basis. If weather permits and we stay on schedule,  we plan to  have every job completed by February 15th.

Product

We own and lease all material. Commercial grade lights which are brighter and more durable. We use C-9 & mini lights. C-9 & mini lights are available in Warm White, Red, Green as well as other colors (special order). Light balls in Warm White. Wire frame art as well as greenery - We have elegant, high quality pre-lit garland with pine-cones if desired & pre-lit wreaths from 36"-60". Our Wreaths can be installed with tasteful bows as well. If you have a special request for a product that we don't stock let us know we may be able to special order for you. 

Design Consultation & Appraisal

We will meet with you to discuss the lighting & decoration placement for your home or business free of charge. We will discuss and expand on your ideas along with our suggestions. A sketch with the lighting and decoration may be provided for your review.

Installation

Our professional installers pride themselves on ensuring lighting and decorations are properly installed; all strands straight, timers set & extension cords secured and hidden from view. Polar XPress Lighting carries full liability insurance.
